We’re joining the race to help raise money for GOSH to say thank you for all the support they give us
We have been a GOSH family for 11 years - since Egg was 6 weeks old. We are lucky to have access to a wide range of support and care through GOSH - not just for Egg but for all of us.
He is one of about 200 children that GOSH have looked after with extensive venous malformations over the last 20 years. His malformations go through his muscles, bones, ligaments and joints and mean he has clotting issues and his mobility is impacted . We have dermatology, haematology, orthopaedics, orthotics, physiotherapy, psychology and interventional radiology involved in his care. He's had 19 operations so far, with more to come.
GOSH is a very special place. This extraordinary hospital has always depended on charitable support to give seriously ill children the best chance to fulfil their potential.
