We’re excited to share that our son Rowen will be taking part in the RBC Race for the Kids 2025 — marking his 6th year running to help beat childhood cancer. 🏅
Last year, thanks to your kindness and generosity, Rowen and his amazing team raised £1,228 for this incredibly important cause. Every step, every donation, and every cheer helped support children and families facing the toughest of battles.
Why We Run
This race isn’t just a fun run — it’s a powerful movement to help fund life-saving research and provide care and support for children living with cancer. As parents, we’re proud of Rowen’s commitment at such a young age, and this year is extra special because it marks a milestone: 6 years of running for a cause that truly matters.

GOSH already cares for children with the hardest to treat cancers, and new treatments are giving hope to children and their families. But these advances have outstripped GOSH's current cancer facilities.
We need a new home for breakthrough treatments and pioneering research, so we can save more children's lives. And because cancer shouldn't get to steal anyone's childhood, we need a place that's more than a hospital – a place that's a school, a playground, a garden, and so much more.
