I'm taking part in RBC Race for the Kids
Jason was treated in GOSH for a rare cancer, embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma in his testicle.
We've seen firsthand the incredible impact that support, resources, and a little bit of hope can have on a child's life.
With surgery and chemotherapy our boy absolutely smashed it.
This experience changed us forever. ❤️
It showed us the immense strength of the human spirit and the power of medical innovation. Now, it's our turn to give back.
This race is not only for him but, for every child fighting and for the hope that a cure is on the horizon.
Jason has raised thousands of easter eggs, hundreds christmas presents and now this will be first of many runs.
Jason will be doing a 5k run, with his big sister and his mum.

RBC Race for the Kids 2025
GOSH already cares for children with the hardest to treat cancers, and new treatments are giving hope to children and their families. But these advances have outstripped GOSH's current cancer facilities.
We need a new home for breakthrough treatments and pioneering research, so we can save more children's lives. And because cancer shouldn't get to steal anyone's childhood, we need a place that's more than a hospital – a place that's a school, a playground, a garden, and so much more.
