My First Run, A Bigger Purpose

I’m currently studying Child Nursing, so caring for children and their families is becoming a really meaningful part of my life. When I saw the opportunity to take part, I wanted to do something that felt connected to the career I’m working towards and support something that I genuinely care about.

I’ve never been a runner before, so this will actually be my first ever run! I’m definitely stepping outside of my comfort zone, but I’m excited to challenge myself, start something completely new and hopefully make a small difference along the way. I know it might seem like a small thing, but if my steps can help support children and their families, then it feels completely worth it.
