Little Steps, Big Impact: Why We’re Racing for Great Ormond Street

Hi everyone, 

We are a family of six, two parents, two children, and our beautiful new twin baby boys. As a family, we believe in the power of love, unity, and making a difference. That’s why we’ve chosen to take part in a fundraising race for Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital, supporting children and families affected by childhood cancer.

This cause is deeply important to us. Becoming parents has opened our eyes to the preciousness of every moment we get with our children. We can’t imagine the heartache that families go through when facing something as devastating as childhood cancer, but we can stand beside them and help in any way we can.

By taking part in this race, we hope to raise funds for life-saving research, family support, and the incredible care provided by the hospital. We’re doing this as a team , All of us ! to show our children what it means to care, to give back, and to walk (or run!) with purpose.

RBC Race for the Kids 2025

GOSH already cares for children with the hardest to treat cancers, and new treatments are giving hope to children and their families. But these advances have outstripped GOSH's current cancer facilities.

We need a new home for breakthrough treatments and pioneering research, so we can save more children's lives. And because cancer shouldn't get to steal anyone's childhood, we need a place that's more than a hospital – a place that's a school, a playground, a garden, and so much more.
