Iām eight years old, and Iām going to be running my very first race!
Iām really excited, but Iām also running for a very special reason. Iām raising money for Great Ormond Street Hospital to help children and their families.
I wanted to do something kind that could help other children feel better and hopefully put a smile on their faces. I know running my first race might be a little bit hard, but Iām going to try my very best and think about all the children Iām helping while I run.
Every little donation means so much to me, and I hope together we can help make a difference for lots of families.

RBC Race for the Kids 2026
GOSH already cares for children with the hardest to treat cancers, and new treatments are giving hope to children and their families. But these advances have outstripped GOSH's current cancer facilities.
We need a new home for breakthrough treatments and pioneering research, so we can save more children's lives. And because cancer shouldn't get to steal anyone's childhood, we need a place that's more than a hospital ā a place that's a school, a playground, a garden, and so much more.
