I'm taking part in RBC Race for the Kids
My employer (Hannah!), Urban Pubs & Bars, has proudly partnered with Great Ormond Street Hospital to help build a better future for children battling cancer. Together, we’re on a mission to raise money towards a bedroom in the new Children’s Cancer Centre — a place that will provide comfort, safety, and specialist care to young patients during the toughest times of their lives.
This new centre is more than bricks and mortar. It’s hope. It’s healing. It’s home. Every penny we raise brings us closer to transforming the lives of children and families who rely on GOSH’s world-leading care.
Across Urban Pubs & Bars, our teams, customers, and communities are coming together to make a difference and raise a total of £250,000 - through challenges, events, and generous donations.
RBC Race for the Kids 2025
GOSH already cares for children with the hardest to treat cancers, and new treatments are giving hope to children and their families. But these advances have outstripped GOSH's current cancer facilities.
We need a new home for breakthrough treatments and pioneering research, so we can save more children's lives. And because cancer shouldn't get to steal anyone's childhood, we need a place that's more than a hospital – a place that's a school, a playground, a garden, and so much more.
