Why I'm taking part in RBC Race for the Kids
This year, I’ve signed up to take on the RBC Race for the Kids 2025— not just for the challenge, but for a cause that’s close to my heart.
I’m running for the thousands of seriously ill children treated every year at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH). These kids are fighting battles most of us can’t imagine — with bravery, resilience, and strength far beyond their years.
GOSH is more than just a hospital — it’s a lifeline.
It’s a place where hope lives, where groundbreaking treatments happen, and where families find comfort in their darkest hours. As someone who proudly works at GOSH, I can attest to its commitment to provide treatment to children even to those who have rare and complex diseases.
GOSH Charity has helped building a brand new Children’s Cancer Centre— a place designed not just to treat childhood cancer, but to do so with more compassion, better facilities, and kinder care. Every child deserves that.
I’m racing for:
* Kids fighting cancer and other life-threatening illnesses
* Families who never imagined they'd need GOSH
* A future where childhood is defined by play, not pain
I’d be so grateful if you could support me by donating, sharing, or even joining the race yourself. Together, we can help build something truly life-changing. 🏁

RBC Race for the Kids 2025
GOSH already cares for children with the hardest to treat cancers, and new treatments are giving hope to children and their families. But these advances have outstripped GOSH's current cancer facilities.
We need a new home for breakthrough treatments and pioneering research, so we can save more children's lives. And because cancer shouldn't get to steal anyone's childhood, we need a place that's more than a hospital – a place that's a school, a playground, a garden, and so much more.
Please consider sponsoring me. Together, we can build it. Together, we can help beat childhood cancer.
