Our Group/Family
Our Story
In the summer of 2022, our son Joshua was diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma. He bravely went through three types of chemotherapy at Great Ormond Street Hospital, along with proton beam therapy at UCLH.
Rhabdomyosarcoma is a rare and aggressive form of childhood cancer that affects the soft tissues. When a child is diagnosed, it turns their world — and their family’s — upside down. Behind all the medical terms are children who love to play, dream, and laugh, and families who face long hospital stays, endless treatments, and the constant uncertainty of what’s to come.
Now that Joshua is cancer-free, we’re committed to giving back and raising awareness about childhood cancer. Together, we can support others going through this and highlight the critical need for research and support for rare cancers.
We’re so grateful to all the incredible supporters of GOSH Charity. Your generosity has truly made a difference, and we can’t thank you enough.
Thank you for being part of this journey with us.
Your support truly means the world 💛
RBC Race for the Kids 2025
GOSH already cares for children with the hardest to treat cancers, and new treatments are giving hope to children and their families. But these advances have outstripped GOSH's current cancer facilities.
We need a new home for breakthrough treatments and pioneering research, so we can save more children's lives. And because cancer shouldn't get to steal anyone's childhood, we need a place that's more than a hospital – a place that's a school, a playground, a garden, and so much more.
Please consider sponsoring me. Together, we can build it. Together, we can help beat childhood cancer.
