I'm joining the race to help beat childhood cancer

I’m taking part in Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity’s family festival and fun run, RBC Race for the Kids, to raise money to help build the new Children’s Cancer Centre at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH).

I'm taking part in RBC Race for the Kids

As most of you know we have our own journey with the amazing Great Ormond Street Hospital - and therefore it will always be my charity of choice.
A sick child is any families worst nightmare and the support and medical expertise in all areas available at GOSH is a lifeline for families going through health issues with their children.
Liam is excited to take part in his first charity event.

What an amazing event!

What an amazing time at the RBC Race for the Kids for GOSH’s new child cancer facility with so many other families supporting such a worth cause. Lovely atmosphere and so inspiring to see some of the kids in care taking part, but also heartbreaking to see some families running in memory of their beautiful stars that are no longer with them. 💔
I’m touched by the amazing generosity of everyone who has sponsored us for the event. We are so proud to be able to contribute £1040 for the funds - where we started the race they were up to £900k funds raised! What an incredible difference it will make to so many children’s lives and the quality of care they can offer going forward.
Let’s hope we’ve helped them hit the million! 💪🏼 🩷 🥰

RBC Race for the Kids 2025

GOSH already cares for children with the hardest to treat cancers, and new treatments are giving hope to children and their families. But these advances have outstripped GOSH's current cancer facilities.

We need a new home for breakthrough treatments and pioneering research, so we can save more children's lives. And because cancer shouldn't get to steal anyone's childhood, we need a place that's more than a hospital – a place that's a school, a playground, a garden, and so much more.
