Little runners inspiration
Last year, we cheered our hearts out as Darcy’s dad (Lee) took on the ultimate endurance test: running the London Marathon to raise vital funds for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSH Charity). It was an incredible journey filled with gruelling training sessions, aching muscles, and a phenomenal finish line moment. But as it turns out, inspiration runs in the family. This year, it’s time for the next generation to step up. We are so proud to announce that Darcy is officially taking on a 5K run for GOSH!
For anyone who has followed our journey, GOSH holds a profoundly special place in our hearts. The care, compassion, and world-class medical treatment provided at Great Ormond Street Hospital transform the lives of seriously ill children every single day.
Watching his dad cross the marathon finish line in 2025 left a lasting impression on Darcy. He saw firsthand how coming together as a community can help support such an incredible cause—and he decided he wanted to do his part, too.

RBC Race for the Kids 2026
GOSH already cares for children with the hardest to treat cancers, and new treatments are giving hope to children and their families. But these advances have outstripped GOSH's current cancer facilities.
We need a new home for breakthrough treatments and pioneering research, so we can save more children's lives. And because cancer shouldn't get to steal anyone's childhood, we need a place that's more than a hospital – a place that's a school, a playground, a garden, and so much more.
