This Girl Can 💪🏃♀️
Fresh from completing the Westminster Mile together, Nellie and I are lacing up our trainers again! On Saturday 10th October, we’ll be taking on the RBC Race for the Kids 2K to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital.
At just five, Nellie has already developed a real love of running through Junior Parkrun, and I love being able to encourage that enthusiasm for getting outside, moving her body and taking on new challenges together. This time, we’re putting those little legs to work for an incredibly important cause.
GOSH already cares for children with some of the hardest to treat cancers, and new treatments are bringing hope to children and their families. But these advances have outstripped GOSH’s current cancer facilities.
They need a new home for breakthrough treatments and pioneering research, but also somewhere that recognises that cancer shouldn’t get to steal anyone’s childhood: a place that can be a school, a playground, a garden and so much more.
We’d love your support as we take on our next challenge. Every donation, however big or small, will help GOSH build a better future for children with cancer and their families.
