I'm joining the race to help beat childhood cancer

I’m taking part in Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity’s family festival and fun run, RBC Race for the Kids, to raise money to help build the new Children’s Cancer Centre at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH).

Fabulous Jackson's Story!

At just 3 weeks old we found out that Jackson had a bad kidney in possibly the worst way imaginable.  He became extremely poorly in a blink of an eye.  And as Sepsis took hold of his body our little champ fought for his life (literally) with every fibre of his being.  

Fast forward 4 years and we have a boisterous, adventurous, courageous little boy.  Without the expert care from our wonderful NHS and everyone at GOSH our lives could have had such a different outcome!  

Jackson is now living with one kidney after having his bad one removed at GOSH in 2023.  He is completely drug free, and thriving!

For the 3rd year running we are taking part in this amazing Race and supporting GOSH however we can!  It seems like such a small thing to do for the people who have literally given our son a life.  Thank you for reading our story and we appreciate any donations (however small or big) from the bottom of our hearts.
