Why I'm taking part in RBC Race for the Kids
I’m running 5K with my dad this Saturday to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital.
Someone very special to us was helped by GOSH, so this is a cause that’s really close to my heart. I wanted to do something to say thank you and help other children who are going through a difficult time.
I hope we can raise some money, have fun along the way, and help GOSH continue doing amazing things for children and their families!
RBC Race for the Kids 2026
GOSH already cares for children with the hardest to treat cancers, and new treatments are giving hope to children and their families. But these advances have outstripped GOSH's current cancer facilities.
We need a new home for breakthrough treatments and pioneering research, so we can save more children's lives. And because cancer shouldn't get to steal anyone's childhood, we need a place that's more than a hospital – a place that's a school, a playground, a garden, and so much more.
