Why I'm taking part in RBC Race for the Kids
Myself, Mum and both of my children - Four Hearts, One Cause are taking part in this charity run to support Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity, a cause that is incredibly close to my heart. My son Ralphie is currently under the care of GOSH, and I have seen first-hand the dedication, compassion, and expertise that the doctors, nurses, and staff who work to support children and their families. The care they provide goes beyond medical treatment, reassurance, and support during difficult times. By taking part in this run, We hope to give something back and help raise funds so that GOSH can continue its life-changing work for children like my son and countless others. Thank you for any support you can give—it truly means a great deal to our family.
RBC Race for the Kids 2026
GOSH already cares for children with the hardest to treat cancers, and new treatments are giving hope to children and their families. But these advances have outstripped GOSH's current cancer facilities.
We need a new home for breakthrough treatments and pioneering research, so we can save more children's lives. And because cancer shouldn't get to steal anyone's childhood, we need a place that's more than a hospital – a place that's a school, a playground, a garden, and so much more.
