We're joining the race to help beat childhood cancer

We're taking part in Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity’s family festival and fun run, RBC Race for the Kids, to raise money to help build the new Children’s Cancer Centre at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH).

Sponsor our Wrotham School Students!

We are excited to let you know that Wrotham school will be taking part in the GOSH School Run for the second-year running! This is to help raise funds for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity. Last year, we managed to raise over £1,600!

This event is a wonderful opportunity for our pupils to get active, have fun, and make a real difference. Every mile they run (or walk!) helps to support seriously ill children and their families, providing vital funding for world-class care, pioneering research, and the most advanced medical equipment.

Event details:

Date: 5th - 9th October 2026

Location: Wrotham School, 3G / field

Who’s involved: Years 7-11

This event will be taking place in all PE lessons from the 5th - 9th October. The students will be in their classes completing as many lengths as possible, whilst also competing in their houses.
