- The promoter of the Fundraising Milestone Rewards is Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity, registered charity number 1160024 and company number 09338724, of 2nd Floor, 40 Bernard Street, London WC1N 1LE (the "Charity").
- The Fundraising Milestone Rewards are available to UK residents who satisfy the criteria in Clause 4 of these Terms and Conditions.
- There is no additional charge to qualify for the Fundraising Milestone Rewards.
- Participants whose official fundraising page reaches the milestone amounts below by 23:59 (UK time) on Monday 12 October 2026 will automatically receive the corresponding reward(s), subject to these Terms and Conditions:
- £100 - A Virtual Goody Bag, delivered by email and containing discounts and offers from selected brands.
- £250 - A Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity branded skipping rope.
- £500 - A Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity cardboard trophy.
- Participants who reach multiple fundraising milestones will receive each reward associated with every milestone they achieve. For example, a participant who raises £500 will receive the £100, £250 and £500 rewards.
- Only fundraising totals recorded on the participant's official fundraising page by 23:59 (UK time) on 12 October 2026 will count towards the Fundraising Milestone Rewards.
- The Charity accepts no responsibility where fundraising totals are not successfully recorded due to technical faults, technical malfunctions, computer hardware or software failure, or network or server failure of any kind.
- Eligible participants will receive their rewards after the event has ended. The Virtual Goody Bag will be sent by email, and physical rewards will be sent by post using the contact details provided during registration. Please allow up to four weeks after the closing date for rewards to be dispatched.
- Eligible participants will be notified by email on or shortly after 12 October 2026 to confirm their reward(s).
- Participants are responsible for ensuring their contact details, including their email and postal address, are accurate and up to date. The Charity accepts no responsibility for rewards that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete contact details, or for rewards that are lost, damaged or delayed in the post.
- The rewards are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
- The Charity reserves the right to substitute any reward with an alternative of equal or greater value where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
- The Virtual Goody Bag contains offers and discounts provided by third-party brands. These offers are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant provider and may be amended, substituted or withdrawn by the provider at any time without notice. The Charity accepts no responsibility for the availability, content or fulfilment of any third-party offer or discount included in the Virtual Goody Bag.
- The Charity's decision regarding eligibility for the Fundraising Milestone Rewards is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding these decisions.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions by taking part in the fundraising event. The Charity reserves the right to refuse to award a reward where these Terms and Conditions have not been complied with.
- The Charity reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend or amend the Fundraising Milestone Rewards or these Terms and Conditions where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, the Charity, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate participants or accept liability for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Fundraising Milestone Rewards or receipt of a reward, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- Eligible participants may be invited to take part in publicity relating to the Fundraising Milestone Rewards, including the publication of their name and photograph. Participation in such publicity is entirely voluntary.
- Personal data supplied during the administration of the Fundraising Milestone Rewards may be shared with third-party suppliers only where necessary for the fulfilment and delivery of rewards. Personal data will only be used for marketing purposes where the participant has provided the appropriate consent. - These Terms and Conditions and the Fundraising Milestone Rewards are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the Fundraising Milestone Rewards shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
